Ditting USA, Inc. Limited Warranty

Effective October 1, 2010, Ditting USA, Inc. has extended the limited warranty on all NEW coffee grinders to the original buyer, as follows:

bulletFor NEW or DEMO RETAIL grinders purchased for the United States,
the warranty includes 3 years on all electric components.*
bulletFor NEW or DEMO LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL grinders purchased for the
United States, the warranty includes 1 year on all electric components.
bulletFor NEW or DEMO On-Demand Espresso Grinders (640 series), the
warranty includes 1 year on all electric and electronic components.
bulletFor RECONDITIONED grinders purchased for the United States, the
warranty includes 6 months on all electric and electronic components.
bulletFor USED grinders purchased for the United States, the warranty
includes 3 months on all electric and electronic components.

Warranty on parts includes the motor and all electrical parts. It excludes any
damage caused by misuse or abuse, labor, and shipping.

* Grinders purchased prior to October 1, 2010 included a 1 year limited
warranty.

bulletThe warranty is VOID if the grinder is not used properly or for its intended
purpose.
bulletThe warranty is VOID if any non-Ditting parts are used in the machine, to
include after-market grinding discs.

If service is needed, Ditting USA must be contacted for service or recommendation of a service company PRIOR to any labor or service being performed. Most of the time, the problem, though it might seem like a matter of life and death, could simply be power-related or a circuit breaker that has tripped for safety.  Ditting would like to avoid having you face unnecessary costs. Our 40+ years of experience has shown that we can fix 99% of our grinder-related problems quickly and easily over the phone in minutes.

If a part needs replacement, the part will be billed (including shipping charges) and shipped to you by the requested shipping method. When you return the defective part along with the model and serial number of the machine from which the defective part was removed, you will receive credit for the defective part and your cost will be for shipping only. Expedited transportation costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Ditting USA, Inc. has a list of service companies across the U.S. who service our grinders. These are independent companies and are not associated with Ditting USA, and we would like to hear your experiences with them in order to concentrate only on those companies who service your machines properly, efficiently and professionally.
